Options for wafer-scale vapor cell fabrication include:
- Integrated electrical, optical, and anti-corrosive coatings
- Engineering glasses (aluminosilicate and borosilicate formulas)
- Parameterized design
- Final design-rule-check to ensure maximum probability of success and performance
Multi-Project Wafers
For small quantities of vapor cells, we offer the opportunity to participate in a Mulit-Project Wafer (MPW) service depending on capacity and similar project interest. IP is separated between projects retained by the Client.
Integration Services
We use systems-level approaches to help our clients integrate vapor cells with electronics, micro optics, fiber optics, and optomechanics for a ready-to-use prototype in cc sized packages.
